The Profound 9.6 is a decagonal tent with a central aluminum pole and high-quality polycotton fabric. The breathable tent material is a blend of cotton and polyester. The polyester provides a strong and stable shape, while the cotton ensures a very comfortable interior climate. The tent is waterproof against rain, wind, and snow, yet allows for some air circulation, contributing to the typical climate of cotton tents. The robust groundsheet is, of course, waterproof and seals the tent against the ground. The Profound also features various guy-out points and ventilation openings. The tent is very easy to pitch and take down. It's advisable to read the manual carefully, as the 10-sided footprint needs to be laid out correctly.
