Shipping & Returns

1.1 Conclusion of contract and delivery
The contract between CAMPERREICH ® and the customer only comes into effect through an express order confirmation or through the shipping confirmation from CAMPERREICH ® and is subject to the availability of the ordered products. Until the express order confirmation or shipping confirmation by CAMPERREICH ® the buyer remains bound to the order. The offer of CAMPERREICH ® is primarily aimed at end users, which is why CAMPERREICH ® reserves the right not to fulfil or reject orders, in particular if, from the point of view of CAMPERREICH ® orders quantities of products that are not typical for end consumers. The prices listed in the online shop, including VAT, in Swiss francs valid on the order date apply to the products ordered by the buyer. Exchange and return of goods are only possible in exceptional cases and with the consent of CAMPERREICH®.

Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and in the order confirmation. CAMPERREICH ® delivers exclusively to addresses within Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping method and packaging are determined by CAMPERREICH ® . From Delivery dates and/or deadlines specified or communicated by CAMPERREICH ® are non-binding. If the delay exceeds twenty days or if delivery is impossible for more than twenty days, the customer and CAMPERREICH ® is entitled to withdraw from the contract without compensation.

The following prices are charged:

Prices for the following weights, of the entire delivery:

  • Less than 6000g: CHF 9.00
  • Between 6001g - 9000g: CHF 13.00
  • Between 9001g - 15000g: CHF 17.00
  • Between 15001g - 30000g: CHF 24.00

Prices for the following products (flat rate for the whole of Switzerland) :

  • Table tennis tables in a box CHF 130.00
  • Trampolines in a box CHF 130.00
  • Roof tents in boxes up to 100kg CHF 185.00
  • Hardboards 160.00
  • Car Awnings 140.00

All other products and deliveries that cannot be offset against the above prices will be invoiced at cost.

1.2 Shipping information

The contract between CAMPERREICH® and the customer is only concluded through an express order confirmation or through the shipping confirmation from CAMPERREICH®

1.3 Testing, warranty,

The customer must immediately check the received shipments or products for accuracy, completeness, and freedom from defects. Any deviations from the order and any defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery. CAMPERREICH ® in writing.

1.4 Return and liability

Packaging and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

The warranty obligation can be CAMPERREICH ® at our sole discretion by repair, replacement (with an identical or similar product), reduction of the purchase price or refund of the purchase price.

Other services, especially compensation, are excluded in the event of a defect. By purchasing the products, the customer undertakes to use them solely for their intended purpose. Any further liability of CAMPERREICH ® in connection with products or services of CAMPERREICH ® and its assistants are excluded, to the extent permitted by law.
